The pumpkins are placed manually by the operators.
A chain driven by a stepper motor carries the product into the cutting area.
A vertical knife cuts the pumpkins into slices (4 - 6 slices) and a cutter cores the stalk from below (optional).
Used both for 4th range processing and to obtain pumpkin puree.
