The linear filling system RL40 quickly and effectively fills trays/punnets with food products and unwashed or washed fresh and fresh-cut produce.

RVA100 for high performance and precision in filling cardboard or plastic boxes. It is the 2-Axis Pick and Place by GNA srl combinable with flow pack packaging machines. Automatically transfers flow-packed trays into boxes, can be easily sanitized.
RVA-100 Innovation 2014 in GNA srl range of filling systems. Can be combined with every flow pack packaging machine and is suitable for filling various box types both made of carton and of plastic, containing flowpacked punnets/trays. RVA-100 can automatically forward punnets into boxes or cartons. Punnets are transported by means of a specific belt and, as an option, they can be rotated on it; they are then collected together, until they form a complete line (layer). The punnets in line are moved into boxes by means of a gentle handling of the products.
The structure is made of stainless steel. The Control with latest generation PLC and Touch Screen panel allows to create production recipes in a simple and intuitive way. Thanks to three brushless servomotors, high performance and precision in boxes filling can be achieved. The electrical panel located inside the machine allows the reduction of overall dimensions, making RVA-100 easy to clean.
Both carton as well as plastic boxes can be processed.

Characterized by great operating simplicity, the horizontal flow pack packaging machine Alosa represents an effective solution for small productions in the food and non-food sectors. It produces flow pack packages closed by three seals, two crosswise ones and a longitudinal one on the bottom, and uses heat-sealing coextruded, micro or macro perforated polypropylene film; the reel is placed on the upper side of the machine. It can be customized according to the customer requirements thanks to the various available accessories and to the electronics that controls them. Alosa does not require particular maintenance, its rotating transversal welders allow constant fluidity in the handling of the products to be sealed, allowing easier feeding even by a single operator. Parts in contact with the product to be dosed in AISI 316 stainless steel, electronic cycle control with a brushless motor and screw-type with recycling spheres for a fast and precise dosage. All adjustments are made via a touch screen panel, with the possibility of making product recipes.
Dosage Groups, Multi-cylinder GD dosing units with anti-drop nozzles, are integrated on automatic machines such as, for example, multi-row thermoforming machines. We can supply models for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 rows, also with heating for the dosing of products such as butter, margarine, jam, ketchup, melted cheese, paté, oil, fruit juices and much more.
